State Fair of Texas/Cotton Bowl. The State Fair of Texas – September 28 to October 21, 2007 – at Fair Park in Dallas is one of the most exciting events in Texas. Celebrating 21 years of “Rockin’ Your Tastebuds,” the 2007 Taste of Dallas is a 3–day festival, spanning 10 blocks, featuring entertainment, music, food, art, jewelry, crafts and interactive family activities.
